With permission, encouragement (and a complete set of original Bony Bulletins) from Mr. Asdell, the Bony Bulletin pages were scanned, and the images were cleaned up and dropped into frames created with publishing software. The
left-hand pages have the new title, The Collected Bony Bulletins, and
the right-hand pages show the original volume number and date. The
compilation has consecutive pagination throughout, at the bottom of
each page.
The Collected Bony Bulletins contains an Introduction by Mr. Asdell;
a brief biography of both Mr. Upfield and Mr. Asdell;
an 11-page index of people, places, and things mentioned
in the bulletins; and a Table of Contents listing the
content of each bulletin as it appears on
the first page of each issue.
The Collected Bony Bulletin was a labor of love, compiled
and indexed by Upfield and Bony fan, Claudia Stone, who
believed Mr. Asdell’s work was simply too good to be
lost. The books are professionally printed on quality
paper and bound with plastic spiral binding.
